[hmmmms!] I have already told my mum that I wanna change my phone.. probably next Saturday!! (: Hang on! There's floorball training next Saturday! ): Damnit! Well, the Saturday after the next then. [sighs!] Today's first issue of ROAM in Straits Times did feature the phones that I wanted! Samsung's Corby and Lindy! I like Corby because of the slide out Qwerty keypad. Lindy on the other hand has FM Radio and all the music entertainment apps. [sulks!] Now I have no idea which phone I wanna get! As usual, I'm a little sketical because it's Samsung. My U700 Samsung phone survived barely 6 months before its touch screen buttons died on me. Both phones have wifi tho! That's the one and only feature that I'm dying to get!

Yesterday was spent with Ly! We wanted to walk over to Suntec, shop at Carrefour for sushi, chips and drinks before bringing all of our purchases up to Sky Garden to sit down and enjoy the view. In the end, we did nothing like that! All the planning goes down the drain!! Instead, we walked to Singapore Flyer and ate at Popeyes. Then we bought chips and slurpee, sat down near the river and chatted till it's dark!! XD All in all, we kept to our budget of 10 bucks each! [mwahahs!] Through out our chatting session, I kept glancing back into Popeyes to check the queue because although I'm full, I feel like eating another mash potato. [glutton!!]

I can't wait for my date with Ly next friday! (: Her turn to think up of some romantic escapade with a budget of 10 bucks each. This is turning out to be really fun!!

[noise |Abide With Me]

There are loads of simple joy that one can enjoy while living through life. And these are the few which I really love doing.

(i) Cutting my parents' and grandmother's hair whenever they bug me to
(ii) Cleaning the house because every time I clean, I feel as if I'm wiping away a layer of soot from myself
(iii) Listening to Les Choristes, The Choirboys and Libera!!

Oh gosh, I didn't say anything about me finding these two new fantastic boybands rights? Well, they are definitely not the typical boybands that one would associate themselves with. They are mostly church choristers. In another words, altar boys!! (: Absolutely heavenly voices! My favourite songs from Libera happens to be Air by Bach and Abide With Me. I think the soloist for Abide With Me, Ed, is superb. There's one other boy called Tom Cully who's great as well. These two are the main soloists in the boyband I think. I found The Choirboys when I was listening to Jean-Baptiste Maunier's Les Choristes En Concert videos on Youtube. Just happened to look downwards to the related videos and kept seeing them popping up, so I just clicked and voila!

C'est tout! I have to go back to cleaning all the fans in the house. [bahhhs!]

I'm lazy to start a new entry so I've decided to just continue this old one and squeeze more out of this entry. [hahs!] As I was saying, Popo just asked me to cut her hair. She's so freaking funny! I mean, I have been cutting her hair for several years now and my parents and Popo doesn't seem very confident about my skills. Kinda dejecting rights? [mwahahhas!] Alrights, I do know that sometimes my hair cutting is like a roller-coaster ride. It actually depends on my mood. When I'm bothered by them, when they nagged at me to cut their hair while I was doing some work/leisure surfing I would probably rush through. But for yesterday and today, I did the hair-cutting patiently and with loads of love. (:

AHHHH! I can finally change my phone! I'm gonna just get any cheap phone that comes with wifi. Because I'm not planning to get the data bundle plan since I have wireless in school and at home. (: I'm eyeing Samsung Corby and Lindy, along with HTC Tatoo. Drop comments if you have any reviews about them! Probably gonna get it after CNY when Mummy's free to go with me. Then to fulfill Ly's wish, I will get a Twitter account. [hmmmms] Actually I think I already have one? Just that I didn't do anything about it. [rofl!] It's alrights, I can always set up another account.

I'm currently watching Gioacchino Rossini: Il Barbiere Di Siviglia on Okto. C'est interessant! It's one of the few times that I get to sit down and seriously watch an opera from.. well, almost the beginning. I switched it on a little late. [grins] I was helping Uncle David with his TV's tuning. I think I made a not-bad TV tuner :D I have been the one tuning all channels for TV since god-knows-when. The rest have no idea how to. [hehes!]

I can't wait for tmr! I'm bringing Ly on a date!! That's how she puts it! I just hope that Muhsin doesn't get jealous or something!! We are going to Sky Garden! We'll shop for our dinner at Carrefour and then we'll make our way up! I hope it doesn't rain!! Then everything will be doomed! [sighs!] I can't wait I can't wait!!

I freaking left my thumbdrive at the computer lab. Yesterday. I don't think I have any choice other than to get another one. [damnit!] All my files! MY LAB REPORTS! MY FRENCH! And I spent like over 8 hours doing my pdf files so that I can digitalize my notes, all down the drain. Xiao Wen gonna check for me later coz I have straight classes from 1130 to 1730. One of the worst days of my life. ):

[noise |Power Of Love]

Yesterday both our families went down to City Square Mall to eat at Putien. It's the only Putien outlet that has buffet. Guess what? It's the first time in my life that I enjoyed Chinese cuisine. Ohhh, it's also the first time that I ate the traditional bitter Guilin Gao mixed with honey and I felt that it wasn't that bad after all. Really expensive but since you get to order different dishes, I think it's super worth it. It's an A La Carte Buffet. Which means there's section for buffet, and you can also choose to order dishes using a menu. Worth it worth it. Expensive too. [hahs!]

Just yesterday when I was reading my NTU inbox, I received this email and laughed my ass off. The good news is that SPMS is 4th overall for this year's ISG!! In case you guys don't know, SPMS is famous for hovering around the bottom three. I scrolled down the email and saw this.

SPMS Club committee would also like to present awards the "SPORTSMEN / WOMEN OF THE YEAR" to individuals who had contributed significantly to our victory by coaching the teams, fighting for SPMS even when they are feeling unwell, and giving ISG priority over their other commitments.

The recipients are:

Heng Yiyu (MAEC/3)

Teo Xiao Xuan ( CBC/3)

Maria Laurentia Novianti (CBC/2)

Loh Cher Teck (PAP/3)

Garen Kwan (PAP/3)

Imagine my shock. Yiyu's in as well! I guess it's because we were the coaches for floorball and we played vital roles in futsal. Defender and goal-keeper!! [lols!] I didn't even go down to collect my medal for Futsal. I was having a mega headache from studying on that day.

[sighs] Today I have to park myself in the comp lab in SPMS because that's the only lab that has Spinworks, a programme for reading NMR spectrums. I suspect I will see loads of coursemates there as well. I do hope I can get myself a seat. Tomorrow I have to hand in my lab report! Ciaos!

[noise |Ride With Me]

Yesterday was the futsal finals of SPMS vs NIE. Before the match, I was scared shitless. We came upon the shocking news of NIE trashing NBS 15-0 for the semi-finals. D: THE HORRORS!! That VJC vice-captian called Kwan Ren was in there! She's the one whom I fervently told my team-mates that I wish I'd her legs coz it's so muscular(lean) and toned. She's the one who dribbled the ball up and down the court as if nothing. She's the one who can ram in a ball from the half-court line with ease. And my team-mates told me that SBS(the organizing school)'s ref was saying that NBS has one Kwan Ren and NIE has 5 of them. D: D: D:

So guess what was our score? We lost. Obviously! But I am very proud of our score! We lost 4-1!! At least we didn't get trashed! At half-time we were 2-1. And they kinda panicked a little in the second half because we were still quite close. [lols!] I got hit by the ball, kicked by their IVP player, it flew straight towards my glasses. Glasses wasn't looking good at all. Luckily, Syed(our team manager!) helped me fixed it. I couldn't even watch the match coz he took quite some time to fix it. Still!! 4-1 (: (:

After which Yiyu and I went for dinner. We were just having some random rumblings, when I remembered about our "short" jokes. It actually happened during Valhall sessions. But I guess Yiyu wasn't there so I had to tell her about it.

Sammy: Matt have the tendency to give high stick fouls.
Me: I always run away whenever he's nearby.
Sammy: But to me, it's alright because his high stick only reached my shoulders even though it was over his head.
Me: [mwaahahahahs!!]

Zequan was hanging on the door frame and swinging himself.
Me: You know, actually only short people can hang themselves on the door frame and swing themselves.
Zq: -.-''
Sammy: Wahhhs! You are so mean!
Me: Btw, what's your height Zequan?
Zq: 165cm?
Me: [burst out laughing] I'm 167cm.
Zq: -.-'' -.-'' [went to kick the wall]
Sammy: So mean.
Me: XD

I know I know! I'm mean. All in the name of fun and happiness. [hahas!] Tonight all my floorball kakis are going to watch Jackie Chan's movie! (: Can't wait!
